Not every photograph begins with a moment waiting to be captured. Sometimes, it begins with a thought, a feeling, or an idea that doesn’t yet exist in the real world.
For me, editorial and creative photography is about building that idea into something we can see and feel. A photograph can begin long before the camera is picked up, through conversations, imagination, lighting, colors, locations, and the people who help bring a concept to life.
I enjoy exploring the space between reality and imagination, where ordinary things can become something unexpected. Every detail can contribute to a story, from the smallest expression to the atmosphere surrounding it.
The final photograph is only one part of that creative process. What matters to me is the journey of turning an idea into a moment and sharing that moment with someone else.
Because sometimes, the most meaningful moments aren’t found. They’re created.
